What is Shopbook?

Shopbook is a mobile app designed to help small business owners manage their finances more efficiently. With Shopbook, you can easily track your sales, expenses, cash flow, and inventory, and generate detailed reports to help you make better decisions.

Is Shopbook 100% free?

Shopbook offers a freemium model, where basic features like Customer, Supplier, and Cashbook modules are available for free indefinitely. However, for advanced features and additional functionalities, a subscription will be required in the future. As we are currently in the beta testing phase and using this opportunity to iterate and improve the product, all the features and functionalities of Shopbook are accessible to users at no cost until September 2023.

Can Shopbook be used offline?

Our team is currently working to develop and implement this feature, which will be available for use in the near future.

Can Shopbook track more than one business?

Yes, you can use Shopbook to track multiple businesses. Simply create a separate account for each business, and you can easily switch between them as needed.

Can Shopbook be used by all types of businesses?

Yes, Shopbook is designed to work for all types of businesses, from small retail shops to service-based businesses. It’s flexible enough to adapt to your specific needs and help you manage your finances more effectively.

Can the reports be downloaded?

Yes, you can download reports from Shopbook in PDF format. To download a report in PDF format, please follow these steps:

Step 01: Open the Shopbook app on your device
Step 02: Select the module for which you want to generate a report from the dashboard
Step 03: Tap on “View Report” on the dashboard
Step 04: Select the date range for which you want to generate the report
Step 05: Tap on the “Download Report” button located at the bottom of the screen
Step 06: The report will be downloaded to your device in PDF format and saved to your device’s storage

What features does Shopbook have?

Why is my previous month's data not visible? Is my data lost?

Your data is not lost. It’s possible that the data has not yet synced to the cloud or that there is a syncing issue. Try restarting the app or checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact support for assistance at 077 886 1056.

Why do I often have problems getting the OTP code?

OTP codes are sent via SMS, and there can be various reasons why you might have trouble receiving them. It could be a network issue or an issue with your phone settings. Can I access my data again if my cellphone is lost/damaged?

Yes, your data is backed up to the cloud, so you can access it again if your phone is lost or damaged. Simply download Shopbook on your new device and log in to your account to access your data.
